Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation”. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s). Please be mindful and understanding that this is a small business that operates by appointment only, and each hour of work that’s lost does affect my business. My work time is valuable to me so please set a reminder for your appointments in your calendar, and if you need to cancel please do so before 24 hours. Thank you:)
